1. SIGNIFICANCE (Noun) – Importance or Meaning

Meaning: The importance, meaning, influence, or consequence of something.
Grammar: The significance of + noun

Transcript Example: “The significance of this discovery is obvious.”

2. SIGNIFICANT (Adjective) – Important & Influential
